They are designed for a 6-pack case (22 - 25mm spine). Converting them to a standard case size would be pretty much impossible. It's a task that the original author would have to perform.

Ok i got it :).so which paper i need when i want to print these cover,cause i think must be bigger for the bigger spine?

Im in Europe,i used to take these glossy A4 Paper who you just can press out.I also use Nero cover designer,which paper format i should use there.
