ive checked imdb and your episode listing is correct to this, but its not the same as region 1 or region 2 dvd release so unless you can remaster the disc to put certain episodes on different disc i dont see how the covers can be used, its a shame as they look fantastic
eg.
season 4 actually ends with Jungle Love
your season 8 is season 9

i know some were released as seasons and some as volumes but your episodes still dont match any of the dvd releases

many sites have different listing. I get mine from Wiki, which like most people around the world use!... The DVD release are in volumes, but like the rest of my work I release in seasons,

i thought the reason for these covers was to put dvds in?
if your episode listing dont match the dvd releases why bother with the covers cause they are unuseable. i just wish they would have released the dvds in the correct order as per your episodes. shame the studios cant sort themselves out, love your covers but looks like ill have to go without family guy and american dad
