the easiest solution is buy some blu ray cases, they look a lot nicer than the dvd cases on the shelf

I have been known to throw a DVD in a blu-ray case myself, since I find they look way better, too. Thought I was the only one who did that, though.

I don't think I will be converting them to DVD, mostly because I am so far behind on everything else and it would take quite a while to do. You are brave to tackle it, though.
