just downloaded this file and tried to open with winzip and it says it is not a valid rar file

Just tried with Winzip, WinRar and 7Zip, nothing wrong, please reply with screenshots of the error messages and versions of software

Just downloaded Winzip25 (Evaluation version) and it extracts with no problem
