ST,
Funny you mention a silver glossy; I was thinking (hoping) that same thing before you posted in this thread. Something else I thought would be cool, is maybe one of the companies could make a clear glossy disc. There seem to be enough clear surface items that are inkjet printable (mailing labels and such) why not apply that to the discs? Just a thought. By the way, have you read or heard anything about the PRIMERA discs. I was looking intto getting some of these for the fact they have a waterproof matte finish available. Just didn't want to spend the money and end up with some crap quality discs. I cant seem to find anything regarding the manufacturer. |
I didn't know Primera was even making their own discs now. But if price is a factor, they are even more expensive than TY.
Having more options is always good because it will only bring the prices lower for other things. I saw on their website that they have gold thermal printable cd-r's. I don't have a thermal printer anyway, but that would be really cool. they also have printable blue-ray discs. http://www.primerastore.com/cd_dvd_media |
This is a very nice label Chewy, the finished print item is very good.
