I haven't used this particular template but as a general rule you "select all" and "copy" your label image, select template then "paste" your image onto it. Photoshop then names the image as a new "layer" with a number and displays it in the "layer palette" bottom right hand corner. You can right click on the layer in the palette and rename it to something more desciptive like "label image" if you like. You then drag the image layer down the order list in the layer palette with the pointer tool until it is just below the layer with the logos on it. (You may have to ungroup the other layers first if they are grouped together). Your label image will now be visible where it's supposed to be visible and not visible where it's not supposed to be.

It sounds more complicated than it is. Just play around a lot till you get the hang of it. If you make a complete mess of it just unrar the template and start all over again.
