You should use Winrar or 7-Zip to open and extract first
The RAR format is actually not an Adobe format, but an archiving format used by WinRAR. Often, people will archive sets of files, such as multiple PSD’s, PDF’s, etc, because it allows you to download them all in one single compressed and maybe even password protected file. It’s basically a more feature-rich version of ZIP. You can use WinRAR, 7-zip and a few other applications to extract the files from the archive.
