I have also downloaded this file twice first time was Mon, 14 May 18 18:42:16 +020
and again today, I did not have a problem.
I also see from the stats
you have downloaded once and the file has been downloaded many times without a problem.
What are you using to extract the file (what says it is damaged)?
Have a look at the screenshot below and look at the version numbers I am using for licensed Winrar and the freebie 7-zip.
