Thanks for this HvB. Amazing how all these exercise vid stars manage to lose the same amount of weight. They all say 2 1/2 stone. Still, hopefully the missus will do this and be too breathless to nag ! With her bosooms it will be one jump and ten minutes of reverberation !!
