Well, if you ask me (as don't see anyone else to about answering right now!), I'm gonna tell you that... About what exactly is it? it seems to me either a stylish cool suitcase turned to a DVD cover or reversed, that I'm not sure exactly which but either way, like you said, it looks great... but about the cases, it's a slim/nexpak 5 disc DVD (3370 x 2175) with 300 (in pixel) spine, which gives you a 25mm DVD case...
