Edit: Just noticed a tiny inconsistency on the back of season 5: In the title of episode 11 you use a capital "A" for the indefinite article; in all other instances this is a lower-case "a". They call me Eagle Eyes :)

... Just realized that this is probably not being maintained anymore as some of the errors previous posters mentioned have not been corrected. Pity, as these indeed look great.
