Okay - but first you need to make a scan that will pass here!
From the preview I can see several problems already that you need to look at:
1. See all that diamond-shaped patterning on the back cover of the preview? That's caused by excessive patterning (moire) on the cover from the scan (it gets turned into pretty patterns when you shrink the cover like in this preview image). You need to rescan with the DeScreen option in your scanner software turned ON.
2. If I look at the corners of the cover (and along the bottom) I can see areas where the cover doesn't quite fit the template properly (white lines and corners) - You need to make sure it fits plus clone out the corners so they are right angles in the finished item.
First task is to get the scan quality correct! Try uploading a 600DPI raw scan here so we can take look at that first so you don't waste any time templating something that is not going to pass ...
