Thank you. I received my DVD in the mail yesterday (from England to Australia) It was dry on the outside of the parcel but inside was a gooey mess. Must have gone through one of our terrible floods. Now all I have to do is try and figure out how to get the pages of the viewing notes booklet apart. Thanks again.
