The UPC number on your scan is for Criterion Collection #215-Knife in the Water. I take it this was not scanned? This mislabeled UPC cover has been floating around on the internet for years.

I just bought this DVD and cover is close, but UPC was obviously cut and pasted from Knife in the Water.
