I got the list of episodes from wikipedia. here's a quote about the first (double-length) episode from season 4:

"Orientation" is the first episode of the fourth season of the NBC science fiction drama series Heroes and the sixtieth episode overall. The episode aired in the US on September 21, 2009. Having been produced and filmed as two separate episodes, the second episode was initially announced as "Jump, Push, Fall", however, that title was never shown on screen.

So the first two episodes were actually combined to make a feature length one and it was called Orientation.
