Doctor Who Series 4 Disc 2 dvd label
From a raw scan by bobd1628. This one was a pig to fix up due to the cloning around the center hole but I think I got it just about okay by using the cover image from the same set (and even then they moved the position of Catherine Tates head relative to the others, had to clone multiple layers ... aaarrghh).
