From the creators side of things no less effort can go into making a disc cover whether it be a disc for a TV show or a film.
I could also draw an analogy to artists that create several versions of a disc for a film.
The artists do put the effort in to earn credits so bundling them up is not in their interests.
The problem might more be where disc sets are bundled together, I myself have done this but it should really be taken as a bonus for the downloader instead of taking it as the norm, which it isn't, we instruct members to do 1 disc per rar.
