Raw scans for Seasons 1 and 2 from windsor1984. Seasons 3 - 5 are my own.
Season 2 I had to fix the spine by copying from another season, changing the hue and inserting the '2'. Several of these look a little dark but this is actually how they are printed ... also had to fix up all of the shiny areas on the cover as they don't scan well!
