Hi Chunk it appears that season 4 actually has 19 episodes with episode 2 being Jump, Push, Fall with Ink being episode 3 and Brave New World being episode 19.

I got the list of episodes from wikipedia. here's a quote about the first (double-length) episode from season 4:

Yes. If you look here for the DVD/Blu-Ray press release you'll see a bit further down that Universal say 18 episodes.
