Meanwhile I was thinking of making an "overlay" for the backs of the later new) seasons.
There are quite a few special discs out there that would make nice fillers for the remaining empty slots in the cases.
Problem is.. the info in the two panes is already pretty crowded as it is and I'm not sure if decreasing the font size would be a good idea.
I was initially thinking about the various Confidentials and things like the recent Proms issue.
Maybe a SJS-set to match?

Anyone any thoughts or no-no's on this 'brainwave'

these are a great set of covers :) (the only slight fault i can see is that on the series 8 cover a pic of liz shaw is on the spine and caroline john is listed on the cover when caroline left at the end of series 7 and series 8 was the first to feature jo grant )

Season 22 has an error in that you have a picture of Sarah Jane (Elisabeth Sladen ) with Colin Baker it should be Mel (Bonnie Langford) or Ace (Sophie Aldred)

What a nice looking set! I've downloaded it and am now using it on my shelf.

I do have one suggestion, though.... the photos used on the spines and backs seem to be selected somewhat randomly and don't match the seasons, particularly the Pertwee era. For example, Season 7 uses Season 9 photos, while Season 9 uses Season 7 and 11 photos. And Season 8 has a photo of Liz Shaw, who did not appear in that season. Season 12 shows Sarah from Season 11, while Season 11 uses a shot from K-9 and Company many years later. And Season 22 shows Sarah, who hadn't been seen in many years at that point. And so forth and so on....

Yeah, that's OCD fanboy stuff.... :) Looks very nice on my shelf, though.
