Improving Image Quality
3 Attachment(s)
Here's a small, easy trick for trying to improve a poorly scanned or highly compressed image into something that can potentially be used on a cover or label. I've used it a few times and I hope it helps someone else out too ... there's a .pdf file in the rar.
It's written for Photoshop but I suspect the method is easily transferable to PSP. [EDIT] To make it absolutely clear: this tutorial is meant for attempting to improve the look of images you might find lurking on the web for use in customs. In particular it might be useful for older movies with harder-to-find graphics. It is not something I would ever use on an original scan of a retail cover so don't even think about it! Do the scan properly in the 1st place! Clear? Good! :thu Kampar |

Hello Kampar
Personally I am very fond of new methods to learn to work its customs, for example. Thank you for this explanation. See you soon. |
Kampar;
It's cloudy and rainy here on the beach today so I decided to spend sometime checking the rules etc. as you suggested... This is just a "Heads Up" to let you know that I am following up on your suggestions and no response is needed Most probably I will have some questions or clarifications but I will wait until I have a list.... Hope your day is going well and I will contact you if I have any questions sometime over the next two weeks... I spent 18 years in the Army Special Forces prior to starting my computer consulting corporation in 1981. Intensity of purpose, high quality standards and personal integrety are absolutely essential to successful Special Operations missions... I just wanted you to know that I really appreciate your intense focus, the high standard you have set for the things you do and finally, your good hearted, helpfull attitude.....
