3 Attachment(s)
ok here it is...
Apparantly its very quiet so you will need to turn the volume right up or put headphones on... I have also attached a rar full of the textures, fonts and texture images you need for this tutorial... Hope you learn something, even if its just where your mute button is. :ups |
Thanks Lulu, it pleases me to be the first to grab it and have a lau.......learn something

Not quite as good as CR's :whi here's my attempt changed the font, also added a chain which was going to be for Black Snake Moan, (from the other tut) but I gave up on that project lol
|
nice tutorial. Lulu. I don't have the program myself. Nice popup on your screen for UTorrent during your tutorial. :)

Nice Tutorial Lulu, many thnx!
|
thanks :D
lol great title ripper and love the chain ...but did you learn anything?? |
Sure, I didn't know how to add a texture and bump map it, I'm currently working through the Lynda tutorials - hadn't even heard of this app before you done the first tut lol, but am enjoying learning something new, still grasping the basics really, made a glass etc nothing too strenuous lol

Thanks for this tut Lulu, will probs give it ago tonight :D
EDIT** finally managed to get it to render.... had to miss out the lights.... still think it looks nice tho. :D EDIT #2 Fun these are :) the last two look stupid but.... i like them. |
lol they look good though scott!!
|
I like them mate! just one question Lulubelle, when I'm using other textures (hi-res) they seem to tile, would the texture have to be a seamless tile for this to work without getting a 'patchwork' effect?
|
you could use seamless tiling, or if you use the offset settings you can stretch the texture to fit. It all depends on what res your texture is, I might start uploading C4D textures if there is a need for it.

okey dokey, need to play around with it a bit, have to agree with btb sounds good :D
|
Real nice tut Lulu - turned the volume up to max and I just managed to hear a 'posh bird' telling me what to do (bit of a secret fantasy of mine) ;) lol
|
Very nice Tutorial thank you Lulubelle, I will have to give it a go, and I love the way Brits speak and explain things, a bonus :) Cheers.
|
sorry about the sound guys, will make sure I speak up next time...and I am NOT posh! :ups
I even made an effort to not talk as well as I usually do... might be why its so quiet :p |
cheers for this
|
Finally got around to looking at this. Going to get myself that program now. I thought it'd be a lot more complicated than that!
|
Thanks Lulubelle, great tutorial. This was my first experience with C4D. Hopefully I can learn more as time goes by.
|
Thanks Lulubelle
