how do i use these? how do i install them once I have unzipped them....some pls pm me with a how too guide

I have updated the original post to contain a brief explanation on using these sets. PM Me if you need further instructions :)

also, if you take note of 'coolwolf's' post, there is a visual description of the process as well.. (Thanks for that cw :))
