Here's my custom for the Candyman movies. Designed to fit a standard sized 3 disc case (Amaray stacker, Amps swingtray etc). Comments welcome!

EDIT - Had to update this one. Noticed a rather hefty error on the front I had to fix and I got rid of the box on the rear. Also made the mirror stand out more as it was very faded in my printout.
