A somewhat weird french flick that you'll either love or hate.

Real name: Vidocq
First film ever to be shot in digital, even before SW2
Suuposed to be about François Vidocq, an ex con who became the creator of modern police.
We french people consider this film a complete disaster. (It's a "nice price" dvd nearly since it came out)
Pitof is a very talented and well known visual effetcs artist and he should stay in this field of work. His talent is less obvious with a camera.

I'd never heard of Pitof before "Catwoman" and he made a bit of a pigs ear of that to be honest. As for the title I just preferred this instead of having just "Vidocq".
