My take on the original cardboard slipcase that came with the set. tried to keep it similar but changed some of the items on the back to make it less blocky.

It's a 4 DVD set and there's a choice of two covers here:-

One is for a Standard Amaray case for 4 discs
One is for the 1" spine case 3370 x 1275
