Here it is, finally! Thanks go out to Trixerbell and valen_sinclair for constructive criticism. Fejinwales for even more help, and the use of his curtains. MrHenryDog for his part in advice, and suggesting the "Flood" plugin. GMan for suggesting the location of the Volume number identifiers and collection "title". And last, but not least, Kampar. You helped me greatly too, with your supply of the higher resolution spine image, the cloned out "pictures" label, and then your added "pictures" label treatment. I think that's everybody. I present to you the 7th encarnation, and final cover of the Disney Animated Feature Films set.

Thanks :)
|
I see you future proofed the last cover. Many Thanks
|
Yeah, if/when Reboot Ralph gets made, I'll release Volume 10 with the full synopsis.
|
As a former Disney Character Artist and product designer let me compliment you on a truly beautiful set of covers. My DVD shelf has a real touch of class now. Thanks much!
|
I may not use these, but I wanted to acknowledge your wonderful work. Just great!
|
I've been looking for something this good for years! At Last! Many thanks.

These Covers are Outstaning, Fantastic work, thank you so much

I'm considering going back and re-doing the last volume. "Reboot Ralph" was released as "Wreck-it-Ralph", so that needs updated. Also, "King of the Elves" is still waiting to be released. I believe "Frozen" would need to be added to this collection as well. There are also more "future-proof" titles yet to be released (according to List of Disney theatrical animated features - DisneyWiki) that I could add. Unfortunately at this time, Disney will continue to churn out movies, yet I can only fit so many in the spine design. Any suggestions?

Keep adding to Volume 10 till it fills up, then revamp the whole set to start filling the other volumes. For example move some movies from volume 2 to volume 1, etc.
You then have enough space another 15 movies. |
When I find the time, I will come back to this set and re-do it. While my step mom (who I originally made this for) is quite content with leaving it as is, I feel I can do more with it by changing out the formula. I plan to keep the original design, but to change out the DVD with BluRay (as I personally have been going back and recollecting those versions). In doing so, I can shrink the set down to 1 disk per movie, as opposed to the current "2-disk for some" mode it's currently in. Many of the BluRay's are multiple disks, but typically these 2nd disks are just digital copies, and not really needed to be included.
