Hi,
I would check your version as you did not mention which one you are using. Click Help >> Click About WinRar this will reveal a small window. Update and try again. The site does not create the achieve the artist does and I have had same problem many times, so I use the latest versions of Winrar and the free 7-Zip With Winrar 5.50 and 7-Zip 16.04 the achieve extracted ok, I also moderated these discs when they were first submitted. Have attached screencaps of what I just did using WinRar and 7-Zip FS
