The Criterion collection 199
Schizopolis is presented in its original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. Black bars at the top and bottom of the screen are normal for this format. This new high-definition digital transfer was created from a 35mm interpositive on a Spirit Datacine. The soundtrack was restored from the original 1996 2” analog master mixes, assembling the “best generation” mix as 24-bit broadcast wave files. The movie is in mono as it always has been and will be. The program is in Swelltone. |
