@karljay - This was built in photoshop CS2, so should work ok if you're using CS up, but I don't think it works in photoshop 7 or below - hope this helps

****UPDATE**** For some reason the original file that was here had been corrupted I've reupped the fixed original file with the year change and tested this both in CS2 and CS3 and works fine, again apologies to anybody who downloaded corrupted file

When you open the template you have like dots and then on the Border you have a white background, I would like that off but the trouble i dont want to make the template any bigger, Could you help me?
