here is a template i have done to help a friend (shhhhhh, i don't give your name VS :ha), so i share it too.
hope it will be usefull for someone.
Every object is a layer, so easily editable. I don't put the barcode because i simply dislike that, so if you want such a thing, you can find a barcode creator here. Made by Bishftl
