if you want make some CD cover than be sure that the graphics are yours. You don´t have the permission for the upper graphic. I know that because my friend made it. She is really a great and nice person and don´t deserve something like that. You never ask her to use her graphic or credit her.
I really can not understand why people like you can not just first write a message and ask for permission.
This is not your work. You stolen it. Is that too much to ask for? To write a message to my friend?
She work really hard on this graphic and you just take it and made some work with it and put your name on it.
