Nice cover for a horror classic cant have been easy to find good art for this either. Shame the sequels were a bit rubbish (well 2 was ok) but a set or a spacesaver would still be welcome for us completists :).
Another unnecessary remake coming up with this film too :( They are remaking stuff that just don't/can't have the charisma/cheese/atmosphere/dirty nastiness of the originals (with the odd exception like Aja's Hills Have Eyes) and even more stupid theyre remaking stuff that just couldnt be made today.. cannibal holocaust in the 21st century? pfft. For all its welcome gore polished stuff like Hostel just isnt dirty or mean enough to compete with the likes of Fulci. Sorry for ranting in your thread.. :) |

EvilMonkey - I see you like those naked chicks on the back , even if they're hanging from a deer horn lol ;) Boonsaint - Finding hires art is a bugger for these type of movies... Don't know about the spacesaver, I'm abit lazy, and as you say don't like the rest of "series"... I heard about the remake on this one :angry wont they ever stop... Please, just let them be... Agree on Alexandre Aja's version of THHE, liked it alot. Completely different from Wes Craven's masterpiece, though. I have my hopes on R. Zombie's Halloween remake. Like his other films... but thats about it... why remakes? |
